Pasta sauces can be made from almost any kind of food product.
There are Meat Sauces - such as Bolognese and sauces made with, Cream, Tomatoes, Fish, Shellfish, Ham, Cheese and Chillies.

There are light Summer Sauces and Hearty winter Warmers - Sharp spicy Sauces and Rich creamy sauces.
