Introducing
Our Spanish Cooking Breaks
 If
you want to learn to cook an authentic Spanish Seafood Paella or a
traditional three course meal, why not join us here on Spain's Costa
del Sol for one of our one day courses.
We'll meet you at Marbella's famous market, the "Mercado Municipal"
where we'll buy all the fresh ingredients, including fish, meat and
fresh vegetables.
Then you can take some time to explore the old part of Marbella - the
Orange Square or "Plaza de Los Naranjos" and have a drink and some
tapas if you wish.
Then it's back to the house where Pam will demonstrate how to make
a healthy and delicious Spanish starter and then David will
prepare and cook a fabulous
Seafood
Paella.
Or a great Spanish Garlic chicken "Pollo al
Ajillo". Depending on which option you choose.
- A three course Spanish meal comprising a
traditional starter, such as Gazpacho
or Gambas
Pilpil. Followed by an authentic Seafood Paella. Then a Crema
Catalana, the Spanish version of the famous French Crême Brulée. One of Pam's
specialities.
- Or similar starters and desserts with Spanish
garlic chicken as a main course with some mediterranean roast potatoes.
We only charge €60
per person including wine and can take groups of up to 10 people.

learn to make a great Paella
after a visit to Marbella'a famous food market to buy the ingredients
and a sampling of the local Churros Con Chocolate for breakfast.

Although we're only a few minutes away from Puerto Banus and the Jet
Set Lifestyle, it's really quiet here. Almost like
being in the middle of the country and within easy reach of some
really excellent Andalucian culture.
So - it's with pride that we invite you to learn to cook with us and
experience the real Spain with all the comforts of home.
And - by the way - if you're tired after all the exertions, we can
arrange comfortable accommodation nearby for around €30 per person.
