The leeks and potatoes are cooked until tender and then blended into a
creamy delicious and
elegant Starter, then topped with delicate snipped chives.
Absolutely wonderful and so easy and quick to prepare.
Gazpacho
David
has
adapted the traditional Gazpacho
method, first of all by leaving out
the bread or bread crumbs normally used.
If
you want to make
it a really hearty dish - by all means add a good
handfull of fresh breadcrumbs to the mixture, but we prefer the clean taste of the
pure vegetables.
Try it our way and you
can always go back
to the old method later.
