Healthy - Easy Grilled Salmon Recipe

Healthy and Quick with a Great Sauce

This grilled Salmon recipe is the one for you, if you're looking for a healthy, easy and quick Mediterranean meal with bags of flavour, especially if you serve it with our salsa verde recipe.
Include this in your own Mediterranean Diet.

Pams Top Tip: For Salmon we recommend that you leave out the butter and add the following to your Salsa Verde:
A handfull of fresh dill leaves - finely chopped, a teaspoon of honey to bring out the sweetness of the Salmon and half a teaspoon of mustard. A great sauce and so.... healthy!

Ingredients for Four People
  • Four skinless and boneless salmon cutlets
  • Salt, black pepper and olive oil.
  • Our salsa verde
Method
  1. Roll the salmon cutlets in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Leave to relax for half an hour.
  3. Then griddle on both sides until well browned.
  4. Make the salsa verde and serve on warm dinner plates.
