Healthy and Quick with a Great Sauce
This grilled Salmon recipe is
the one for you, If you're looking for a
healthy, easy and quick Mediterranean meal with bags of flavour,
specially if you serve it with our Salsa Verde Recipe.
Top Tip:
For Salmon we recommend that you leave out the butter and add the
following to your Salsa Verde: A handfull of fresh dill leaves - finely
chopped, a teaspoon of honey to bring out the sweetness of the Salmon
and half a teaspoon of mustard.
A great sauce and so.... healthy!

Method
Find everything you need for Spanish food and Cooking at La

Roll the salmon cutlets in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Leave to relax for half an hour, then Grill on both sides until well
browned.
Make the Salsa
Verde and serve on warm dinner plates.
