Tomato Salsa Recipe Ingredients * Two large beef tomatoes * Two cloves of Garlic * A one inch piece of fresh ginger * Juice and zest of one small lemon * A handfull of parsley and one of coriander * Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil * One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar * Two dried cayenne peppers or chillies * Salt to taste Method 1.
