Montaditos for Two People 2 Slices of wholemeal bread, toasted and buttered Enough sliced smoked salmon (or gravadlax) to generously cover the toast Enough sliced manchego cheese to completely cover the salmon Ok this is dead easy! Put the toast on to a baking tray or grill pan. Neatly arrange the salmon on top of the toast....don't be mean...make it at least three slices thick. Arrange plenty of sliced cheese on top of the salmon, making sure the salmon is completely covered.
