Heat a Large Non Stick Fry Pan over a medium heat, add the olive oil and the pancetta and fry until lightly golden. 4. Add the garlic and parsley and cook for a few seconds, then remove from the heat and set aside. 5. Now place your spaghetti in the boiling water - bring back to the boil and cook for one minute - Yes one minute. If you're using dried pasta - follow the instructions on the packet. 6. Drain the spaghetti well, tip into the frying pan with the pancetta, garlic and parsley, add the beaten eggs and half the grated cheese and toss together well. 7.
