Tomato Salsa Recipe
The
Mediterranean Spicy - No-Cook Sauce
This tomato salsa recipe makes
a fresh, spicy sauce that can be used
for almost anything
Mediterranean. It's great with grilled and BBQ'd meats, chicken and
fish. A couple of spoonfulls make an excellent salad dressing for a
crispy, fresh, green salad on a warn summer's day. It'll spice up any
soup and also compliments deep fried vegetables - such as battered
aubergines or brocolli. Alltogether a great stand-by - why not make
some now and keep it in the fridge.
