Method BBQ Pork Fillet 1. Put all the marinade ingredients in a large shallow dish. 2. Add the pork fillet and marinate for at least an hour, turning two or three times. 3. Meanwhile make the sauce: 4. Toast the garlic in olive oil, in a medium pan, until nut brown and crispy. 5. Quickly add the honey, lemon juice and chilli and stir for two minutes. 6.
