Chickpea Salad Recipe Method 1. Right - this is really easy. 2. Put your chickpeas in a salad bowl and roughly squash few of them with a fork - it helps them to absorb the flavours. 3. Roughly chop the red peppers and add them to the bowl with the capers, olives and 3/4 of the chopped coriander. 4. Whisk the spices into your vinaigrette and add to the bowl. 5.
