Arrabiata Recipe Ingredients for Four People * 450g. Homemade Tomato Sauce. * 2 cloves of Garlic - finely chopped. * A Handfull of flatleaf Parsley - chopped * 3 Chillis pounded in a pestle and mortar. * 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. * 2 ozs. fresh Parmesan grated. * One Recipe of our homemade pasta cut in Tagliatelli or * 400g. of good quality dried penne pasta. Method 1. Heat your fresh tomato sauce in a Pan. 2. Now - fry the garlic in the olive oil until Golden. 3. Add the Parsley and stir. 4. Next add all this to the sauce and stir it well in. 5. Keep the sauce simmering while you cook the Pasta. 6. If you're using our fresh pasta recipe 7. Roll the pasta through the pasta machine. 8. Drop the pasta into a large pot of boiling water bring it back to the boil and cook for 2 Minutes. 9. Drain and add to the sauce 10. For dried pasta follow the instructions on the packet and as above. 11. Toss well and serve in four Pasta bowls. 12.
