Spanish
Salad Recipe
Ensalada
Mixta
This Spanish Salad recipe is really easy, totally
authentic, so healthy, and really
delicious. Whenever we go to any of our favourite local
Spanish restaurants, we always have their Ensalada Mixta to
share as a sort of
starter.
The basic recipe stays the same, but changes according to what
is in season. Because all of the produce is grown around the local area
and is really fresh (including the free range eggs) the taste is
amazing.
