It costs pennies to make this basic
pizza dough
One recipe will make four 12"/30cm. light and crispy Pizzas or two
hearty deep pan Pizzas.
Choose any toppings you like for a tasty treat. We've invented one that
we really love - specially made in a wood burning oven.
The toppings include: chorizo, mushrooms, our own homemadetomato
sauce, capers,
buffalo mozzarella and flaked chillis.
We call it the

This recipe is so much easier using a breadmaker!
Ingredients
for Four People.
210 ml./ 3/4 cup of tepid water.
2 tbs. of extra virgen olive oil.
2 tsps. Granulated sugar.
2 tsps. Salt.
3 Cups 450g. /1lb. Of strong white bread flour.
1 x 7g. Envelope of easy bake yeast - U.S.A.
instant yeast.

Put
all the
ingredients into your Bread
Maker and set it to the dough program making sure
to follow the
instructions.
2/. When the pizza dough is made roll it out on a floured
surface into 4 rounds as thin as you can or 2 thicker ones.
3/. This recipe will make 4 crispy thin
based Pizzas or 2 hearty deep pan Pizzas.
4/. Spread on the tomato
sauce and whatever toppings you prefer finishing with the
mozzarella and bake in a pre-heated
oven at 220c/420f for 10-12 minutes for the
thin and crispy bases and 15-25 minutes for the hearty bases. and
