BBQ Pork Recipe

Mediterranean Chargrilled Marinated

Pork Fillet - Tenderloin

Here's a great BBQ pork recipe that's easy, quick, healthy and totally foolproof. Pork fillet/tenderloin is very healthy because it is virtually fat free. That also makes it dry out easily if it's overcooked. So, just be careful not to overdo it, you're better off to leave it a little pink inside than to dry it out :)

Pam's Tips
: Marinate your pork fillet well in advance and don't make your heat too fierce - the flavours are quite subtle.
