Albondigas -
Spanish Meatballs

In
Fresh Tomato Sauce
You'll find Albondigas wherever
you go in Spain. Made with Pork and
Beef, Turkey and Ham. In tomato sauce, in gravy, even in a kind of
Spanish curry sauce: tastier than it sounds. In the interests of
Healthy Eating we have made ours from minced lean chicken. We mince our
own but you can use any good quality mince. The most common type found
in Spain is a mixture of Pork and Beef.
The main thing is that they taste great and make a great snack or Tapa
for any time of the day. Specially in our own fresh Homemade
Tomato Sauce.
